WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

Currently we only ship locally and only offer our services in the United States. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we have stopped doing international shipments. We will open international sales again as soon as international shipping is back to normal.

WHEN IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of your purchase. It can be slightly slower during the holidays and sales season.

HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

The estimated United States delivery time is 3-10 business days, international delivery time (when sales are open again) is 10-30 business days. This depends on your location and on your country’s local postal system speed. If the product is in high demand, it can also affect shipping times.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS?

United States customers will not have to pay any customs as the packages are shipped locally.

In most countries you will not have to pay for customs. This depends on your local import laws. If customs require documents/taxes from you, then please provide them what they ask for, otherwise you might not receive your package.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE TRACKING NUMBER?

Your tracking number will be entered to the system after we receive it from the shipping company. This can take 1-3 business days.

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER NUMBER?

Yes, after your purchase you will receive an email with your order number in it (example: #MH108993). This also automatically confirms your order.

HOW DO I ACCEPT THE DELIVERY?

Please keep in mind that some orders are delivered to the door and some are kept in your local post office. This decision is made by the USPS and is beyond our control, however we will email you when your order has arrived and is ready to be picked up.

WHAT IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS WITH MY SHIPMENT?

Don’t worry, we will do our best to solve any kind of problems. If the package is lost by the USPS, we will then send you a new package completely for free.
