Here’s what will happen if the MAP policy isn’t followed:
- First Step: You’ll receive a friendly reminder to adjust your pricing to meet the MAP policy within 48 hours.
- Second Step: We’ll pause our partnership for 30 days to allow time for compliance with the policy.
- Third Step: If the issue persists, unfortunately, we won’t be able to continue our partnership moving forward.
We value your partnership and appreciate your understanding. Sticking to the MAP policy helps us all maintain the brand’s value across all dealerships.

When you first place an order with us, we will confirm that your location and address is correct. If we can’t locate your dealership, we will contact you.
To ensure a smooth and timely delivery process, we will process your order within 48 hours:
- Delivery Time: Your dealers stock will be delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Separate Shipments: If your order includes different types of products, we may ship them separately for faster delivery, with separate tracking numbers.
- Shipment Notifications: We will notify you via email as soon as your package has been shipped. This email will include all the details you need to track your order.
- Tracking Information: A tracking link will be provided in the shipment notification email. You can track your order through our website or directly on the carrier’s page for up-to-date information.
- Shipping Origin: All stock is shipped from our warehouse in California, USA.
Guaranteed Delivery: If your package gets lost during the transit, we will ship it again at no additional cost to you.

- Google Maps & Street View: We will look up your order address on Google Maps to verify that there’s an actual dealership at the listed location.
- Website Check: If your business has a website, we will check it to confirm that the address provided matches with your website.
- Unconfirmed: If we’re unable to verify your location, we’ll reach out to you via email within 48 hours of your order to resolve any details.
We take these steps to ensure that the products are shipped to the correct address, minimizing the risk of large shipments being lost in transit.
