PAYMENT RELATED

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay in the checkout.

We accept PayPal and card payments, most credit and debit cards can be used.

Which cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB.

How can I pay with debit card?

Choose PayPal: Debit or Credit Card payment option in the checkout.

You can enter your debit card details there and you won’t need an actual PayPal account.

Which currency do you accept?

We currently only operate within the United States and process payments in USD.

You can pay in any currency, however it will be converted to USD at your bank’s or PayPal’s currency conversion rate.

Where can I enter promo codes?

Discount codes can be entered during the checkout process. Please note that it is not possible to stack multiple discount codes.

The discount field is under the “Show Items & Discounts” tab, right below the checkout main logo banner if you are using a mobile device.

On a desktop computer, it is on the right side of the checkout page.

What if I typed wrong address?

We can only modify your order before handing it over to the shipping company.

If your information is incorrect, then email us at support@motohorn.com as soon as possible.

How do I know my order status?

We will keep you updated with emails.

You can also track your order on the order tracking page.

When will you ship my order?

Orders are processed and handed over to the shipping company within 1-3 business days of your purchase date.

It can be slightly slower during the holidays and peak sales season.

Priority shipping option orders get processed with the next order shipment.

How can I cancel my order?

We can only cancel or modify orders that haven’t gone to processing yet. Our support team checks all emails before processing any new orders.

If your order has received a tracking number, then we are unable to modify or cancel it as there is no way to reverse this process.

To cancel your order, please send us an email to support@motohorn.com as soon as possible.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are done automatically with order cancellations. We can also manually refund you if required.

Please note that refunds can be only sent back to the original source of payment and refunds appear slower to credit cards than to PayPal. PayPal refunds will appear on your account the same day.

Credit card refunds can take as long as 2 weeks to process as these payments go through our credit card payment gateway BlueSnap.

DELIVERY RELATED

How long is the delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days. Final delivery is done by the USPS.

Our 30-day delivery guarantee will protect you in case the package is lost in the mail.

US delivery guarantee — your package will be replaced for free if 30 days has passed and you still haven’t received it.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship only within the mainland of the United States.

How do I accept the delivery?

Some orders are delivered by the door and some are kept at your local post office. This decision is done by the USPS and is beyond our control.

We will email you when your order is out for the delivery, has arrived or is ready to be picked up from the post office.

What if my package is broken?

Please send us an email with a picture of the damage to support@motohorn.com and we will replace your item at no additional charge.

Shipping damage guarantee — any unit that arrives with visible damage or does not work, will be replaced for free.
