SAFE INSTALLATION

  1. Follow this user manual.
  2. Power off your motorcycle before the installation.
  3. Wire connectors are heat shrinkable, do not use open flame near your bike.
  4. Keep the wires away from parts that produce a lot of heat.
  5. Follow STEP 2 for relay wiring.
  6. TIP: Keep your old horn connected to its wires and follow STEP 2 to have a triple-tone horn setup.

If you follow the next steps, no mechanical or electrical knowledge is required

MOUNTING THE DUAL TRACK

  1. Dual Track brackets can be rotated 360 degrees and are double layered.
  2. Split brackets into 2 or 4 separate brackets for secure mounting.
  3. RECOMMENDED: Use thread lock glue.

You can install both 400/500 Hz horns together or separately to any available bolt. The horn center bolt can be also used for mounting.

BEST MOUNTING SPOTS

  1. Front frame bar area.
  2. Direct stock horn replacement.
  3. Behind the HD cowbell covers.
  4. Next to the stock horn, using its bolt.
  5. Separately to any bolt, eg. fuel tank bolts.
  6. Rear end of the motorcycle — common on sport bikes.

WIRING THE DUAL TRACK

14 AWG WIRE IS THICKER WIRE
18 AWG WIRE IS THINNER WIRE

Crimp the connectors tightly and use a heat gun or a lighter to shrink them around the wire. Don’t use open flame near your vehicle.

INSTALLING THE RELAY

We recommend keeping the relay closer to the battery, for example underneath the saddle. Relay pins are numbered.

Use red connectors and 18 AWG wire:

  1. Connect pin 85 and 86 to your stock horn wires.
  2. The positive and negative can be switched up on these pins.
  3. The relay has a green built-in fuse, make sure it is seated properly.

    Your relay is now operational.

FINAL CONNECTIONS

Use blue connectors and 14 AWG wire:

  1. Connect pin 30 to your battery positive.
  2. Connect pin 87 to both dual horns, use one pin on each horn.
TIP: Make a Y-split at the end of this wire or use the Y-split wires from DT box.
  3. Connect the remaining two Dual Track pins to the battery negative.

Dual Track pins work both ways. Positive and negative terminals are not marked.

Congratulations! Your Dual Track is ready to use!

TRIPLE HORN WIRING

Want to keep the stock horn connected without cutting any OEM wires? Easy! This kit includes extra crimp connectors:

Use some of the 18 or 14 AWG wire to make two Y-split adapters for the stock wires.

You can use the red male crimp terminal to plug it into the stock wire, and two blue connectors to extend this stock wire to both the stock horn and the relay.
